9月21日北京，赛尔教育集团总裁祝懿东先生与康德教育集团总裁王舒先生，针对双方在未来围绕创立美国桥梁课程中心、开发深度研究学习课程、教师国际化培训、K12国际化办学发展等方面的战略合作正式签署意向书。
双方秉持着“国际教育不是留学教育”的发展观点,在未来将共同致力于带动中国基础教育本土教育国际化的发展循环。双方将从三个层面进行合作：
- 课程创新：旨在打造具有中国自主知识产权的本土国际化课程与世界教育资源相结合的创新课程体系。
- 教师队伍建设：培养热爱中华民族、具有国际化视野和高效智能化教育技能的现代优质教师团队。
- 学生培养：培养中国学生具备文化自信、学习自信和生存自信，从而让中国文化不断扩大影响世界的半径。

王总和祝总签署意向书
On September 21, Mr. Zhu Yidong (President of Cernet Education) and Mr. Wang Shu (President of Cogdel Education Group) signed an MOU in Beijing to endorse strategic cooperation between the two parties in terms of establishing US Pathway Program Center, developing in-depth research of integrated courses and teachers’ training courses, as well as K12 international school in the future.
Cernet Education is an international education group which is under the joint investment and leadership of the Chinese Ministry of Education and Tsinghua University. The main businesses of Cernet include: international schools and programs, training programs, international courses and study abroad services.
