2017 Cogdel Group National Marketing Training

On April 13th and 14th, around 20 marketing representatives from Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and Suzhou attended Cogdel National Marketing Training, 2017, which was successfully held in Wuhan. On the first day, senior management introduced the functions of headquarters, BD directions, and classic marketing case. Marketing representatives from different centers also delivered presentations on their admission and marketing work. On the second day, representatives were divided into groups and had discussions on various topics. All members actively engaged in discussions and heartily expressed unique and critical ideas on different marketing modules.

The whole training aimed to enhance communications between different centers, encouraged them to reflect on their own work and then gradually to employ those useful and applicable marketing methods into their future work, thus pushing forward the development of each program. It’s firmly believed that the marketing team of Cogdel will be more outstanding with the great efforts of all members.

Review of Great Moments


Ms. Huang Xing (VP, Cogdel Group) shared the BD directions of Cogdel Group.


Ms. Lu Ping (Marketing Director, Cogdel Group), introduced the functions of Cogdel Marketing Dept and demonstrated the classic marketing case.


Mr. Ye Liang (Operating Director, Cogdel Group), introduced the functions of Cogdel Operation Dept and demonstrated the Operation&Management Platform.


According to the marketing case of Chengdu No.7 International High School, Mr. Zhang Xiaolong(Manager, Chengdu Kaibo Center), demonstrated how to proceed in data maintenance and data follow-up.



The diversified topics including selling points of campus and curriculum, marketing event planning, admission policy making, results optimizing were covered during the group discussion sessions.




After heated discussion, marketing representatives Fred (Suzhou center), Fiona (Wuhan Center) and Alan (Suzhou center) respectively drew a conclusion of each topic based on previous effective operational experience.
