After several rounds of selection and assessment of students, more than 30 students from Cogdel were admitted by The International Student Leadership Program. They have arrived Houston, the United States, to attend the two-week ISLP.
布什总统领导力项目由尼尔·布什的父亲——美国前总统乔治·布什及其夫人芭芭拉·布什发起，是美国第一个，也是唯一一个由布什家族认可的高中领导力项目。康德教育获得在中国区的独家合作权。
The International Student Leadership Program (ISLP) is a leadership development program hosted by the George & Barbara Bush Center for Scholars and Leaders (BCSL) in Houston, Texas which is the only high school student leadership center in the United States named after the US President. Cogdel secured an exclusive partnership with The George and Barbara Bush Center for Scholars and Leaders in China.

Ms. Shen Guifang, Principal of Cogdel Suzhou center, met with Mr. Neil Bush in Houston. As a spokesman for the ISLP, Mr. Neil Bush highly appreciated what Cogdel has done as its sole partner in China. Ms. Shen Guifang also presented the book China International Education Development Report, edited by Mr. Sun Xiaobing, Former Director of Department of Policy and Regulation, Ministry of Education as a gift to Neil bush.
