2019年，集团各校区升学成果显著，范德堡大学、圣路易斯华盛顿大学、埃默里大学、南加州大学、加州伯克利分校、维克森林大学等美国藤校及前30位名校录取频出。为了更好地、全面地提升集团全国升学教师的美国本科申请专业能力，培训大会以美本申请为主导，通过行业专家的分享，导师主导的主题工作坊、案例分析，校区间的经验互享，全方位深度解析美国本科申请的特点、趋势及成功的关键因素。
With more offers flooding into Cogdel centers from TOP 30 American Universities such as Vanderbilt University，Washington University in St. Louis， Emory University，Uiniversity of Southern California，UC Berkeley，and Wake Forest University, it is essential to hold the training to enhance all Cogdel counselors' effectiveness and efficiency. The training consists of Experts' sharing, workshops and case studies to share best practice across centers and analyze the key to American University application.
本次培训大会由集团运营部主办，集团重庆中心—重庆第一双语学校国际部协办。出席培训大会的有康德集团副总裁黄星女士、成都校区校长赵茸女士、苏州校区校长滕家如先生、重庆校区校长刘华先生，以及来自北京35中国际部、成都七中国际部、重庆第一双语学校国际部、武汉六中国际部、苏州一中国际部五个校区近40名升学教师。
Organized by Cogdel Operation department, the training gained highly attention from Cogdel Management Team, all centers and counseling experts with the attendance of Vice President Eileen Huang, Operation Principals as well as nearly 40 college counselors from Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan and Suzhou center.
