康德教育受邀参加西南地区国际教育沙龙

4月12日，康德教育集团副总裁、成都七中国际部执行校长杨越女士受邀参加由顶思在重庆举办的西南地区国际教育沙龙，与50多位行业资深教育人士共同探讨分类管理新政下的国际学校运营与发展。
On April 12, Ms. Yang Yue, Vice President of Cogdel and Executive Principal of Chengdu Kaibo School, was invited to attend the Southwest International Education Salon held by TopSchools in Chongqing to discuss the operation and development of International Schools under the New Classified Management Policy with more than 50 educators.
沙龙上，杨越校长做了关于“从公立学校国际部升级为国际化学校：机遇和挑战”的主题发言。发言中，她对《教育部办公厅关于做好2019年普通中小学招生入学工作的通知》政策进行了解读，她认为目前公立学校国际部尚有发展空间，康德教育集团旗下的公立学校国际部也在积极思考如何转型为国际学校。
谈到如何应对转型中的机遇和挑战，杨校长表示，学校需要从课程、管理、师资配置等方面做好准备。首先，课程需要从国际高中三年制的课程，演变成为能满足K-12学校要求的15年制融合式国际课程。为了实现这个目标，康德教育从2015年开始联合中外教团队自主研发符合国家教育主管部门要求的融合式课程，课程既能对接基础教育阶段国内升学，又能对接高中毕业后的海外升学。在管理方面，康德教育采取高层管理与国内中学一体化、中层及以下相对独立的国际化管理方式，目前已储备了数百位具备丰富管理经验的宿管老师、班主任、总务人员等。同时，在教师配置上，采取外教、双语老师结合的方式，全力培养双语老师，并储备行业内具有一定建树及影响力的学科带头人及中外方校长。
Ms. Yang made a speech on “From the International Department of Public School to an International School: Opportunities and Challenges". She said we need to make preparations in terms of curricula, management and talent pool. Cogdel is now well prepared to open a K12 international school.
在圆桌讨论环节，杨校长也以成都七中国际部为案例，从运营成本、招生入口、升学情况等环节给与会嘉宾做了分享。她开诚布公的发言，得到了在场嘉宾的一致好评，受到了行业资深人士的肯定和认可。
In the round-table discussion, Ms. Yang also introduced International Department of Chengdu No.7 High School to the participants. Her speech was recognized.
据主办方介绍，目前西南地区国际学校增速排列全国前三，西南地区国际学校市场占有率仅为0.14%，同比北京、上海两地的4.8%与5.5%，足足落后四五个点。说明西南地区的国际化办学市场发展空间巨大。
According to statistics compiled by TopSchools, the growth rate of international schools in southwest ranks top three, however the market share of international schools in southwest China is far behind Beijing and Shanghai. It indicates that there is still a huge opportunity in international education industry of southwest China.
