在康德教育的引荐、支持和推动下，昨日教育部教育发展研究中心陈子季主任与武汉市江岸区人民政府张忠军区长代表双方签署共建教育现代化实验区协议并举办签约揭牌仪式，双方宣布在江岸共谋共建教育现代化实验区。协议约定，在为期四年的合作期间，将围绕江岸区“质量优、特色新、品位高、现代化”教育目标，探索总结区域教育优质发展的共性范本和特色案例，力争把江岸建设成为中部区域教育现代化实验区、国家教育政策先行先试的实验区、教育高质量发展实验区、教育国际化发展实验区，推动江岸区率先实现教育现代化。
康德教育将密切与教育部教育发展研究中心合作，积极参与江岸区教育国际化发展实验区建设，扎实推进江岸区教育国际化提升，打造区域教育国际化发展高地。帮助江岸区引入国际优质课程资源、加大国际化人才队伍建设、扩大国际教育和交流、提升学生国际素养，让国际理解（外教）课程、国际化人才培训、国际交流、学生国际素养培训等在全区所有中学全覆盖，并为该区建设高标准、高品质国际学校提供专业指导和服务，提升教育国际竞争力。
康德武汉校区——武汉六中国际部作为江岸区教育国际化的窗口和示范单位将充分利用集团资源为江岸区教育国际化和现代化发展贡献“康德智慧”、发挥“康德力量”。
早在今年9月，江岸区区政府代表团就在康德教育高层陪同下，去到国家教育发展研究中心进行考察、交流和学习。当时江岸区蒋志耕副区长介绍了江岸区的基本情况及基础教育的优势，并强调区政府非常重视教育国际化的发展，他认为武汉六中和康德教育共同举办的武汉六中国际部是江岸区教育国际化的一个较为成功的案例。昨日签约仪式后，教育部领导也实地考察了武汉六中国际部。
With the support of Cogdel, Wuhan Jiang'an District Government signed a four-year contract with National Center
for Educational Development Research to establish the Education Modernization Experimental Zone.
Cogdel will work closely with National Center for Educational Development Research to jointly push education internationalization development of Wuhan Jiang'an District by providing international high quality programs, such as international understanding course, teachers' training program and international literacy course to students and teachers of all secondary schools in Wuhan Jiang'an District. In addition, Cogdel will provide professional guidance and services to introduce high standard international schools in Jiang'an.
Cogdel and International Department of Wuhan No. 6 High School will make full use of our resources to contribute"Cogdel Wisdom" and "Cogdel Power" to internationalization and modernization of education in Jiang'an District.
Wuhan Jiang'an District Government delegates visited National Center for Educational Development Research as early as this September. Mr.Jiang Zhigeng (Vice Head of Jiang'an District Government) introduced the general information and elementary education advantage of Jiang'an. He spoke high of what International Department of Wuhan No.6 High School did was a successful case of education internationalization in Jiang'an District. Leaders of National Center for Educational Development Research also paid a visit to International Department of Wuhan No.6 High School after the signing ceremony.
