2018年10月19-20日第十九届中国国际教育年会“中学校长国际研讨会”在北京国家会议中心召开。此次“中学校长国际研讨会”吸引了来自全国各地的顶尖知名中学领导、政府及教育局领导和世界权威学术机构、国际学校的负责人参加，他们共同为中国中学未来教育国际化的发展献计献策。
会议是由中国教育国际交流协会中学教育国际交流分会（简称：中学分会）全面承办。中学分会是由康德教育集团与北京三十五中于2012年联合发起，并于2013年正式成立。北京三十五中朱建民校长任中学分会常务副理事长兼秘书长，康德教育集团总裁王舒先生任协会副理事长；北京三十五中副校长王红军校长任常务副秘书长，康德教育集团副总裁刘燕海先生任副秘书长。中学分会秘书处设立于北京三十五中。同时与康德教育集团密切合作并开展国际教育合作的武汉六中、成都七中、重庆一中、苏州一中、青岛二中等知名中学都成为了中学分会的首批发起人单位。
会议以“面向新时代的中学教育——为学生的未来做准备”为主题，同时以《面向新时代的人才培养》、《面向新时代的课程改革》、《面向新时代的教师发展》作为主旨发言，展开了热烈的讨论和专业的分析。
The 19th China Annual Conference for International Education was held at the National Convention Center in Beijing on October 19-20, 2018. The conference attracted principals of prestige high schools, leaders from government and Education Bureau and heads of international academic institutions and international schools from all over the country.
The conference was organized by Secondary Education of Committee for International Exchange (SECIE) under China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) . SECIE was jointly initiated by Beijing No. 35 High School and Cogdel in 2012 and formally established in 2013. Mr. Zhu Jianmin (Principal of Beijing No. 35 High School) is the Executive Vice President and Secretary General of SECIE and Mr. Wang shu (President of Cogdel Education Group) is the Association Vice President. At the same time, Cogdel centers including Wuhan No. 6 High School, Chengdu No. 7 High School, Chongqing No. 1 Bilingual School and Suzhou No. 1 High School have become the first initiators of SECIE since 2013.
