During the discussion, Minister-Counselor Huang Wei highly recognized Cogdel Education Group's investment in the curriculum development of bilingual schools. Chairman Wang Shu introduced the "Cloud-based Global Tour for Talent Recruitment Initiative" to Minister-Counselor Huang Wei. The initiative aims to attract overseas students to return to Sichuan for innovation and entrepreneurship. Minister-Counselor Huang Wei responded, "Serving the development of returned overseas students is an important task of the Education and Culture Section, and we look forward to the initiative achieving positive results." He also stated that after evaluation, the Section will assist in promoting the initiative to over 70 universities in Southern California, the United States. Ms. You studied at the International Department of Chengdu No.7 High School in 2011, later pursued further studies at the University of California, Irvine, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Concordia University Irvine while serving as the leader of the Southern California Chapter of the Cogdel Alumni Association.
