From August 15th to 17th, the 2025 Principal and Reserve Cadre Training of Cogdel Education Group was successfully held at the Group's headquarters. With the theme of "Cultivating the Backbone of International Education Management for the Future", this training brought together principals, management cadres and reserve talents from Cogdel's campuses across the country. Through three days of in-depth discussions, practical sharing and strategic co-creation, a high quality management talent echelon was systematically built, gathering consensus and laying a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of the Group's education.

Anchoring Directions, Exploring Educational Innovation and Leadership Remodeling

The first day of training kicked off with an opening speech by Mr. Wang Shu, Chairman of the Group. Facing the new trends of globalized education, the new era has endowed education groups with new missions and responsibilities. As educators, we must not only consolidate the professional foundation, but also cultivate strategic vision, innovative thinking and management courage to cope with the rapidly changing educational environment. This set the tone for the three-day training: the growth of the team is the future of the Group's iterative development.


On the same day, the Group specially invited Teacher Li Quan, a member of the Guidance Expert Committee of the Sino-Foreign People-to-People Exchange Education Experimental Zone of the Ministry of Education, a distinguished expert of the Chengdu Education Foreign Exchange Center, and an inspector of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, to give a special lecture. First, Teacher Li Quan conducted an in-depth interpretation around "Exploration of Educational Policies under the New Situation", analyzed the key directions of current education reform, and put forward the core viewpoint that "policy is the bottom line and innovation is the breakthrough", which triggered in-depth thinking of the participants from various campuses on education transformation. Ms. Yang Yue, Vice President of the Group, led the participants to analyze practical problems on site, promoting the transformation of campus management cases into paradigms and experiences into ecosystems, turning "pain points" into "breakthrough points", and practicing the governance logic of "problems are topics and cases are solutions" - only by keeping close to the ground can we reach the starry sky of education.

Mr. Li Yuan, Assistant President of the Group, took the career transformation of "from teacher to operation principal" as a case, directly addressing the common puzzles of managers. On the final day, Mr. Ran Hua, Chief Partner of Ronghua Law Firm, organized the participants to carry out practical drills on emergency response, safety, risk control and crisis handling. Ronghua Law Firm has rich experience in handling emergency incidents in the education field, compliance governance and system establishment. It has long provided legal services for more than 320 educational departments, public institutions and schools, including Beijing Normal University, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Education, Chengdu Academy of Educational Sciences and Chengdu No.7 Middle School. Through simulating public opinion crises and emergency safety accident scenarios, the drill conducted practical exercises on the whole-process handling mechanism in groups. Under the guidance of the professional lawyer team, the participants systematically strengthened their emergency response capabilities for unexpected incidents, cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities, and legal risk prevention awareness, building a solid safety barrier for the steady development of education. Finally, the winning team was awarded incentives for their efficient collaborative response.


At this point, the three-day training came to an end. At the closing ceremony, representatives of the participants shared their training experiences, and all expressed that they would continue to learn with an "empty cup mentality" and promote the sustainable development of the campus with a "pragmatic attitude".
