The French and German university visits and exchange programs are driving educational innovation.

The delegation visited many high-quality colleges and universities in France and the leading school of nursing of the German partner fuu, the dual vocational education warehousing logistics JDF center, the hotel and catering skills center, and other campuses, as well as the University of Cologne, Dresden University of Technology, and many other well-known colleges and universities in Germany. They visited the diversified educational system in Europe, went to the front line of dual vocational education in Germany, and had in-depth and warm exchanges with colleagues in the educational field.

The two sides exchanged views on the current situation, challenges, and opportunities of vocational education, as well as the diversified exploration of international professional talent training mode. By sharing their innovative experiences and insights in educational concepts, curriculum construction, teaching methods, and other aspects and learning from each other, they not only deepened the understanding and recognition of each other's education systems but also provided beneficial inspiration for the education and teaching innovation and integrated development of international classes. As we all know, Germany is a "manufacturing power", and behind its manufacturing strength is the handicraft association. During this visit, the delegation visited Thuringia, Germany, and cooperated with the German Handicraft Association (HWK, Handwerkskammer), one of the key components of the "dual system" vocational education system with a history of more than 250 years.

In addition, the delegation also visited a number of well-known enterprises in France and Germany and went to advanced industries such as manufacturing and maintenance, medical care services, brewing, etc. to understand the educational support behind the industry, explore the world-leading professional talent training, and explore cooperation space. Through the communication with enterprises, we have a deeper understanding of the practicality and effectiveness of vocational education and its important role in supporting the development of the industry, injecting valuable practical basis and inspiration for enriching the international class course teaching and paving a bridge for students to the world workplace.
