Cogdel Education Boosted Tianfu New Area Teacher Training

On Aug.25-27, about 50 teachers of English from schools of Tianfu New Area attended a teacher professional development training organized by Education Research Institute of Tianfu New Area and Cogdel Education Group. This training is the start of the scheme of Seeds for Future in English teaching of Tianfu New Area. This scheme will last about one full academic year, in which the trainees will receive two 3-day training sessions and 8 days of shadowing training by experienced English teachers. The first 3-day training session happening on Aug.25-27 consists of topics such as PBL (Project-based Learning), student’s core competency improvement in teaching English, Lesson Planning and Strategies in daily teaching and so on. All the trainers in this 3-day training sessions are experts in teaching English and international education. Thanks to the wonderful work by trainers and great performance by trainees, they all contribute to a successful and productive training in the three days.
