Cogdel National HR Meeting

August 18 is the National HR Day. On the same day Cogdel HR department had its national HR meeting. This meeting involved HR representatives from Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Suzhou, and Beijing.

The one day meeting involved different activities which helped HRs understand the importance of communication and teamwork. During the meeting, HRs discussed difficulties they faced at work and made work plans for the next school year.

Cogdel National Management Training

Cogdel National Management Training started on August 20. This was the first time training involving all managers from 4 different sub-brands: K&B School, ACE Education, Zoomin Education, K&B Financial. It was also the first time training involving external trainers.

The training topic focused on leadership and management skills. Two experienced trainers used different training methods and guided the team brainstorm different styles of management.

The senior management team of Cogdel Group were very supportive of this training. The entire training involved 65 managers. Through training, the managers communicated and shared their thoughts and suggestions.

The National Management Training successfully ended on the evening of August 21.
